Complimenti a Christian Grassi e Gino Micacchi: la ‘loro’ MobNotes ha appena raccolto 600mila euro di finanziamento da Brainspark.
Under the terms of the agreement Brainspark has agreed to pay a total consideration of EUR 600,000, of which EUR 300,000 will be payable in cash over a 12 month period. The first instalment of EUR 50,000 has already been paid. The remaining EUR 300,000 consideration will be paid in Brainspark ordinary shares, calculated at the average share price over the 30 day period to the end of March 2011. mMobnotes has seen a rapid take up since its inception, with more than 150,000 registered users in Italy, working in conjunction with the major mobile handset manufacturers and networks. In 2008, the company was a finalist of the TechCrunch50 (San Francisco), being selected for the international contest, out of a field of 1,500 other start-ups.
